Please note that it can take up to 3-6 weeks until your made-to-order garment is ready to ship, if it’s available any earlier you will be notified by email and sent tracking details. Once your made-to-order piece is ready it will be shipped via Royal Mail tracked delivery, please be sure that you add the correct address details. Free shipping for UK orders. We now also ship to Europe and the USA where orders can take longer to arrive and extra cost may apply once it arrives at the designated country.

Return & Exchange Policy

For made-to-order items, any returns will be credited in voucher form to be spent on Carla Diogo items only. any items that have been altered like change in length or other specific details will not be available for returns or exchange as it won't fit anyone else. Any postage for exchanges or returns will need to be paid by the customer.

For ready-to-ship items, exchanges will be available providing there is stock available, in the case where there is no stock available a credit note will be given to be spent on any other item online or the next batch of Ready to ship items. Refunds will be available within 14 days of receiving your order providing all items are returned with no marks or stains and labels in place just as it was delivered.
